A social worker by training, Barbara Decker has spent almost 20 years working with students with disabilities at both the university and high school levels. She has worked at Bishop Machebeuf High School for the last nine years where she directs the Learning Strategies Program, a comprehensive support program for students with learning disabilities and ADHD. Before that, she held many different positions in DU's Learning Effectiveness Program and taught at The Women's College at DU. She also works with students privately. Barbara has been a member of LDAC for many years and is thrilled to join the board.
