Kristy Wolter-Warmerdam is the Assistant Director Learning Effectiveness Program at the University of Denver, as well as the university's liason to the LDAC. She has completed her coursework for her Ph.D. in Sociology with an emphasis in Human Development and Research Methods and Evaluation from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She graduated summa cum laude from UC Santa Barbara with her Master’s in Sociology and with honors for her Bachelor’s in Psychology. Before joining the Learning Effectiveness Program, she worked in higher education as a manager, counselor, and researcher, including supervising one of the largest research centers at UC Santa Barbara and coordinating research for the University of California Office of the President. In addition to her professional experience as an academic counselor, Kristy has also taught undergraduate sections in social psychology, sociology, and research methods.
